Stand4Change 2016 Breaks Records!

With Stand4Change Day 2016 and our 2015-2016 Upstander and In Your School programs in the books, we wanted to share some exciting numbers with you!

5.2 Million-  Over 5.2 million students took part in Stand4Change 2016 and took a stand in their schools and communities to say that bullying is not acceptable behavior.

50 States- Every single state in the US had representation during Stand4Change.

37 Countries-  You stood and we heard you! Students and schools participated from the United States, to Canada, to China and Guam– and everywhere in between!

20 Universities-  College students know that bullying doesn’t end the day you graduate.  Twenty public and private universities and colleges took part in Stand4Change 2016.

840 Students- Took part in our Upstander program in schools located in Michigan.  Why be a bystander when you can be an UPstander!

14 Schools- Hosted In Your School Programs this year, bringing our interactive, informative assembly to their students.

150 Camp Counselors-   We know that bullying can happen, even at summer camp. Now counselors are trained to recognize bullying behavior and put a stop to it before it can ruin the summer for their campers.

3 Parent Presentations- Empowering and educating parents is one of our favorite things.  We know that when parents are in the know and aware of what is going on in their children’s schools, they can better advocate for their kids.
